Problem
Building a Roadshow Booth in Just 3 Weeks
What does it take to build a fully programmable roadshow booth from scratch in under three weeks?
In January, ZYN and KESCH faced a tight deadline: launch a multi-location roadshow activation with a modular trade show booth designed for demanding winter conditions — including alpine venues.
The requirements were ambitious:

SOLUTION
Modular Booth Design
The structural design and build were delivered by Daniel Steinböck and the team at Eventtischlerei, specialists in durable and transportable event constructions.
At Geckow, we handled the complete multimedia integration and technical system architecture.
Fully Programmable LED Media Wall
Each strip could be controlled individually – enabling dynamic brand animations, interactive visual effects and adaptable content for each roadshow location.
Built for Roadshow Conditions
The entire setup — counters, lighting, and media wall — was engineered as one connected system, designed for quick installation, reliable performance under cold and transport stress, and maximum flexibility across different event spaces.
Result
The booth launched on schedule. It went up the mountain – by Skiidoo, by helicopter – more than once. It stood in the snow. It got built up and torn down more times than we’d like to count — and it delivered every single time.
At every roadshow stop, the ZYN booth became the visual anchor of the event space. The programmable wall did exactly what it was designed to do: it made people stop, look and stay.
